Nothing. OpenMerchant reads your existing storefront or catalog feed and hosts the agentic endpoints on your behalf. Your checkout, payment provider, and order system stay exactly as they are.
Through the protocol each surface supports — scoped machine credentials (MPP) or mandates (AP2) — with cards, Google Pay, and crypto all supported. Funds settle to your existing payment provider; OpenMerchant never holds your money.
OpenMerchant can scan and import from any website. You can also import directly from your Stripe catalog and other custom feeds.
Refunds run through your existing payment provider, as they do today. Agents receive structured refund status over the same protocols, so the assistant can tell your customer exactly what happened.
Services too. Bookings, subscriptions, classes, consultations — anything with a price and availability publishes over the same protocols, so agents can discover, schedule, and pay for services the way they buy products.
You don't need one. Sign up through the managed option: add your products or services directly, and OpenMerchant hosts the catalog, endpoints, and checkout for you — you start selling to agents right away, no website required.
